This Valentine’s limited-edition pie flight pairs chocolate and fruit across time.

Inside the box are four 5-inch pies: a viral modern chocolate pie and a reconstructed 1895 chocolate custard; a contemporary raspberry cream pie inspired by internet favorites; and a heritage baked raspberry–cherry pie rooted in traditional American fruit baking.

Baked in our 1897 Main Street building in Mayville, Wisconsin, this flight is designed to highlight contrast—rich versus restrained, modern versus historic—using the same core ingredients American bakers have relied on for generations.
