Reheating and Thawing Baked Pies

Reheating Instructions for our baked fruit pies.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Remove all packaging and place your pie on an oven-proof baking sheet.  Place in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes.  Remove from the oven and allow the residual heat to finish thawing the interior of the pie.

Thawing Instructions for our baked pies.

Remove your pie from the freezer.  Remove the protective packaging.  Thaw fruit pies on the counter for up to four hours or in the refrigerator overnight.

Thawing instructions for our cream and thaw and eat pies

Remove your pie from the freezer.  Remove the protective plastic film and put the pie back in the clamshell.  Place in the refrigerator and allow to thaw for two hours or overnight.  These pies contain dairy and eggs so it is critical to keep them within a safe temperature of below 40 degrees.
