Honey Custard Pie

Our flaky vegan pastry crust gets filled with a smooth and creamy custard filling made with local honey, brown sugar, and greek yogurt. Some people say it's their favorite pie, others that it reminds them of bread pudding or cheesecake.  You'll have to decide if you like it warm, cold, or room temperature.  I suggest sprinkling it with large flake salt and topping it with whipped cream.
