Green's Cinnamon Babka

We first tried Green's Babka when we delivered some wedding pies to Lake Geneva - Boxed and Burlap in Delavan. We were hooked! We hope you enjoy this decadent cinnamon bread as much as we do.

Green's Home-Style Cakes were the original family recipes of Mrs. Chana Green, from the remote shtetl of Halmin, Hungary. Known for baking delectable pastries, her recipes earned acclaim & awards from far and wide. And try as they might, no one could duplicate her specialties. To honor their mother’s baking heritage, the children opened the famous Mrs. Green’s Baked Goods Store in Brooklyn. Today Greens and Ackermans Bakery continues her tradition of making all-Kosher hand-crafted specialties filled with the finest ingredients and baked with love. Today, Green’s Babka is one of NYC’s best. They have a 12,500 square foot bakery in Brooklyn that bakes and ships over One Million babka every year.
