Custom Artwork Color Policy

A one-time setup fee applies to all custom-printed sugar cookies. This includes formatting and up to two rounds of revisions.

Color Policy

Please note that due to the nature of edible inks and fondant, printed colors may vary in shading and intensity from what you see on your digital screen; we cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Client Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all provided details, including spelling, dates, and image quality. Please review your submission carefully.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once a design has been approved and produced.
