• Must sell a minimum of 50 pies
• Set your fundraiser dates
• Collect orders and payments
• Submit your order and a single payment by the due date
• Receive and distribute your product within a two-hour period - it must stay frozen!
• A non-refundable deposit may be required during high demand dates.

• Sell locally made product and make over 25% profit for your organization.
• Frozen, ready-to-bake product is delivered to your pick up location at a scheduled time. 
• Delivery is scheduled for 3 - 5 weeks after the order is finalized and payment is made.
• Products come individually wrapped and labeled with ingredients and instructions. 
• Products are packaged in cases of one variety per case.
• Your volunteers meet on site to help unload and distribute the frozen product to your sellers.
• Sellers keep the product frozen until they deliver it to their buyers

• Your sellers collect orders and payment.
• Your sellers deliver vouchers to their buyers instead of frozen product.
• The voucher expires in 3 months. 
• Vouchers are brought to our Mayville retail store and exchanged for frozen product . 
• If they purchase additional items while at the store, your organization earns an additional percentage of each sale.
• Holidays are black-out dates for the vouchers.

You can sell frozen, ready-to-bake pie and frozen, ready-to-bake cookie dough.

Pie varieties include: Apple, Cherry, Cherry Crumble, Strawberry Rhubarb, Blueberry,  RazzAppleberry, Berrylicious

April - August only pies:  strawberry peach, rhubarb, blue-barb, lemon icebox

Sept. - March only pies:  pumpkin, caramel apple crumble, smore’s

Cookie Dough varieties include: chocolate chip, sugar, m&m, and ginger molasses
